We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

 
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
 
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

 
1. Email us at dxbswag0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
 
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or an incorrect size was sent. Email us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, and personal wear (such as underwear) are non-returnable.
